At Avant Perfumes, we want you to love what you wear. While most of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Full-size perfumes (Eau de Parfum)
  • Body mists
  • Discovery sets (sample vials)

This policy is in place to maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of our fragrances for all customers.

Returns Only Accepted If:

We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is missing from your order

To initiate a return or refund for these reasons, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@avantperfumes.store with the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the item (including outer packaging)
  3. Description of the issue

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Replacement Policy

If your item is eligible, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund — especially in cases of breakage or wrong items.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
